Shipping

No problem! Just follow these simple steps:

You will be able to edit your ship to address for up to 12 hours after placing your order, or until your order ships. Your order may ship sooner than 12 hours after it's placed, as we strive to process orders quickly for timely delivery.

1. Open your order confirmation email from us.

2. Scroll down to the section with your current shipping and billing addresses.

3. You'll see a button labeled "Need to edit?" Click on this button.

4. You'll be directed to your order details page where you can update your shipping address.

All orders, with the exception of pre-orders, are usually packed and processed within 1-3 business days and you will automatically receive an order shipped confirmation email. If you have not received this email please contact us.

We ship all of our domestic orders via USPS, UPS, or Fedex with economy and standard rates. Options for international include USPS International and DHL Express.

Occasionally, USPS tracking may show a "Delivered" status before the package actually arrives. In most cases, your order should be delivered within a couple of days.

If you still haven’t received your package after a few days, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Orders

Yes, you can cancel your order by opening your order confirmation email and clicking the "View your order" button. This will take you to your order status page, where you’ll find the "Cancel" button. Simply click it to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Please note that cancellations are only available up to 12 hours after placing your order, or until your order ships. Your order may ship sooner than 12 hours after it's placed, as we strive to process orders quickly for timely delivery.  Once your order has been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If your order ships prior to your cancellation, you can still return it to us.  For details regarding the return process please refer to our Refund Policy.

Oops! Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once an order has been placed. Not to worry! If you received an order confirmation email, it means that you were able to successfully place your order. As long as your shipping address is correct, you will be able to receive your order!

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay.  Please note that we cannot process any partial payments.

Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. This includes orders for items marked as preorders. The charge will appear on your statement as "SP Ready or Not".

If you see what looks like a duplicate charge on your statement, one is just an authorization which will disappear in 2-8 business days.

International Orders

We are currently shipping within North America.  This includes the USA, Canada and Mexico.

All na.merch.voidinteractive.net orders are shipped from the USA.

For USPS First Class and Priority International shipments, your package is transferred to your local postal service once it arrives in the destination country. You can track your shipment using the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website. Additionally, you may check tracking updates on ParcelsApp.com, though available information may be limited.

You may see an error message during checkout such as "Remove special characters" or "Your address contains invalid characters". This is because our shipping carriers require recipient names and addresses to be displayed in only Roman/Latin characters. This includes the 26 letters of the English alphabet (A-Z, a-z) along with the 10 numerical digits (0-9). You will need to follow these guidelines in order to complete checkout.



Please note that all international orders are subject to fees for taxes & duties or VAT. You may be contacted by your local postal service or the courier service(Fedex, UPS, or DHL) if a balance is owed. You will be responsible for these charges as these are import taxes imposed by your country. Typically, you will have up to 3 weeks to pay and claim your order. If unclaimed, your order will be returned to the sender.

If you miss your delivery, please contact your local postal service or the courier service (Fedex, UPS, or DHL) to schedule a pickup. In most cases, after multiple delivery attempts, your package will be on hold for pickup. If unclaimed, it is typically returned to the sender.

When placing an international order, please be aware that you are responsible for any fees for taxes & duties or VAT required upon import into your country. Additionally, it is your responsibility to claim your package from your local postal service or the courier service(Fedex, UPS, or DHL) if necessary.

If an order is not claimed, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we can issue a refund for the product cost when the return is received; however, shipping fees are non-refundable, as the shipping service was fulfilled.

Returns Refunds Exchanges

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you may do so within 15 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders from the date of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will be issued for the product cost only.

Please send us a few clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number through our contact us page, so we can assess the issue. Depending on the situation, we can offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the desired item.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping costs) and then place a new order. Please refer to our [return policy] for details on the return process.
